Nope! Guides without intro letters are assumed to be for all CUNY students. Put AL in front of the guide, so librarians know it is available for all CUNY students. Put your campus prefix in front of the guide, so everyone knows who wrote it.

I want to create a guide specifically for the students on my campus. How do I name this guide?

Put your campus prefix (CC, HC, LE, YC) before the title of the guide. Put your initials (JF, AV, RB) in front of the guide so no one else messes with it. Put the subject matter first so guides relating to the same topics will be sorted together.

I want to get the login to use Guide on the Side! Who should I contact?

I want to adapt someone else's guide for my own purposes! How do I do this?

Just edit the guide and "save as" a different name. Easy peasy! Create a new guide from scratch, then go in and copy the original guide and paste it into the new one. You'll have to create new chapter headings and page breaks. Either process will work!
